The space
Villa Maria is situated on the ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

It is equipped with:

• High-speed Wi-fi internet
• Air-conditioning
• Fly screens on all windows/doors
• Smart TV with Netflix
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils)
• Kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven
• Washing machine
• Dishwasher
• Brick full BBQ & portable BBQ with gas
• Fresh bed linen and towels (Bath & Pool towels)
• Baby Cot (upon request)

There is an ample outdoor garden & swimming pool with plenty of space for kids to play (the whole complex is fenced) and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds.

Basic cleaning will be provided every 3 days (including changing the bed sheets and bath towels).

Guest access
Our guests will have access to Villa Niki, which has its own private entrance and covers the whole first floor of the building. There is also a private balcony area for you to relax and enjoy your meals.
Moreover, our guests will have access to the swimming pool, a spacious enclosed yard and a BBQ area with a big dining area (all these are shared between the guests of our three villas).
